Well guys and gals I'm going to let you in on what I'm doing now. I've been playing yet another MMORPG. This one is without a doubt... kick ass.

Entropia Universe(formerly known as  Project Entropia): http://www.entropiauniverse.com/en/rich/5000.html

The basic concept of this game is to create a Virtual Reality much like any big MMO out there with players interacting and gaining levels and such. However there is one thing that sets this game apart from the rest and that is the tie in it has with the real world via money.

Now that probably confused the hell out of all of you so I'll explain more in depth. The game itself is free to download and if that's all you know then you start the game with 0 PED (Project Entropia Dollars). However there is a way to start with money and that is by using your real world money(USD). What I mean is that you can use a credit card and then put money into the game via that credit card with an exchange rate of 1 USD to 10 PED ($10 is 100 PED, $20 is 200 PED, etc).

Ok big deal you can make your avatar better right? Well you can also withdraw money from the game into your real world bank account with the same exchange rate as when putting money in. In other words YOU CAN MAKE MONEY PLAYING THE GAME!!!

I won't kid you though this game is just like real life and luck will have a big factor in it unless you can get a secure industry (open a successful business in game) to make money off of and that won't happen until you've played a long time or you put in alot of money, it's the classic you have to spend money to make money deal. Also much like in the real world can be scammed and the game makers (MindArk aka MA) will not give a dam and tell you that you can be scammed in real life as well.

How does MA make money let alone keep the servers running? There's a bankers type of fee on all in/out money transactions as well as in game fees on auction purchases. Although these fees are tiny, a few percent, a couple PED/tenths-of-a-dollar at most(Unless we're talking putting $1000 USD in or some such)

Don't believe me? Fine your loss. But here I'll try to convince you anyways. One of the biggest players in the game spent $100,000 (1,000,000 PED) and bought an entire space resort. This space resort is one of the best known place in all of EU and is known as Club NEVERDIE. On top of that NEVERDIE has put money into his club to further boost it's popularties through many contests and he even will have live DJs streaming in mixes in the dance halls!!

IT'S IN THE NEW YORK [censored] TIMES!!!

Also ND is going to have a huge party that is streamed to be shown at the Pre-E3 thing in May.

I won't lie I've yet to make money but I've been at it for 1 week, I'm just getting started.

Sounds like a giant scam. Games are supposed to be fun, not buisiness-ey.

Invest your money, you.
